Our company was founded by Bill
Bishop in 1987 as a full-service marketing and communications
company. Located in Toronto, we were pioneers in the electronic
publishing of newsletters. We also provided traditional services
such as public relations, advertising, writing, and graphic design.
In 1993, Curtis Verstraete joined Bill as a partner
in the company. Together, they expanded the firm’s services
to include the new field of Internet marketing. In 1996, HarperCollins
published Bill’s book called Strategic Marketing For The
Digital Age. As the first book on the subject, the book was
a run-away best-seller, published in more than 40 countries in many
different languages.
In 2000, with the publication of the book called The Strategic
Enterprise we launched The Breakthrough Marketing Program.
Designed exclusively for business owners and entrepreneurs, our
program teaches you new 21st Century concepts and strategies to
take your business to the next level. As a coaching-based program,
it was the first of its kind in the North American marketing industry.
Since that time, more than a thousand business owners have joined
our private and group programs, which were redesigned in 2006 as
The BIG Idea Adventure to better represent our focus on
innovation, packaging, and entrepreneurship. Our program members
say we give them practical, how-to coaching, and provide the tools
and resources to make their BIG Idea a reality. |
